Physical Effects: Who wants dull and shallow skin?
Alcohol does not effect the individual's internals but the external too. Alcohol has a huge impact on an individual's physical appearance. The alcohol starts to make the blood vessels in your skin wider, leading to loss of a healthy skin tone. An alcoholic's skin will also lose his/her natural glow and become dull and shallow. Having dull and shallow skin can also end up making your skin look older. Prolonged use of alcohol abuse can dilate the blood vessels under the skin and this can lead to broken veins on the cheeks and nose.
Differences between Males and Females.
Even if a woman drinks the same amounts of alcohol as a man who weighs the same and has the same height, the woman will end up consuming 30% more alcohol. This is because men and women have different bodies, so the alcohol is metabolized differently. They're also effected by alcohol more rapidly because women have more body fat than men. The fat does not absorb the alcohol but it's concentrated at higher levels in the blood.
Alcohol Effects on Women
Women who drink more than twice a week or more than two drinks at a time will do great damage to their menstrual cycle and fertility levels. Their reproduction system will also be effected. Heavy drinking can cause painful periods, heavy flows, discomfort before your period, and also irregular periods. Drinking too much can also cause you to have a higher risk of getting sexually assaulted.

Alcohol Effects on MenEven though men can drink up to more then women, too much of alcohol can cause serious health defects. It can reduce a man's testosterone levels. This leads to loss of libido, and can greatly damage the structure and movement of sperm. When this happens it stops the liver from properly metabolizing vitamin A, and that's what needed for sperm development.
